He was predeceased by: his former wife Lina Lang. He is survived by: his wife Adrianne Flahr; his children, Barry Lang (Deanne), Darrell Lang (Teny Allen) of Stettler, Rod Lang (Allisson) of Edmonton, Cathy MacAdam (Alban) of Talbot and James Lang (Cindy) of Coronation; his stepchildren, Dana Hanna (Holly) of Kamloops, B. C., Darcy Flahr (Mariette) of St. Albert, Darren Meier (Laura) of Calgary, Tammy Flahr of Edmonton and Tanya Rodak (Kevin Hooper) of Plenty, SK; and his sisters, Wilma Copan of Coronation and Joyce Wakefield (Gordon) of Talbot. He is also survived by twenty nine grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren.
