He was predeceased by : his father Frank Plowman; his sister Judy; and his sisters-in-law, Wendy and Bonnie. He is survived by : his mother Kay Plowman of Bellevue, AB.; his wife Patricia Plowman; his sons, Jeff (Tia) of Lethbridge and Ricky (Raegan) of Hillcrest; his siblings, Frank of Calgary and Lorraine (Ken) of Saskatoon; and his grandchildren, Chase and Jack.

Donations may be made to the Bellevue Veterinary Clinic in Dale's name and would be so greatly appreciated.
