He was predeceased by: his parents, John Saretzky and Helen Saretzky; his siblings, Verna Twordik (George), Elizabeth Kokotailo (Walter), Margaret Loroff (John), Berneice Krawchuk and James Saretzky (Elsie); his parents-in-law, John and Helen Klassen; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Fehr, Helen Giesbrecht, John Klassen Jr. and Peter Klassen.
He is survived by: his wife Tina Saretzky; his sons, Larry and Kevin (Carmellia); his grandsons, Travis, Sheldon (Mia), Danny (Kylee), Dustin (Shannon), Brent, Shane (Amber) and Derek; his great grandchildren, Justice, Kayden (Paige), Ryder and Gage; his brother-in-law George Krawchuk of Saskatoon, SK; and his nieces, Bernie Rodych (Orest) and Roxanne Blair (Roy).
A prayer will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church (13126 21 Ave, Blairmore, AB T0K0E0). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
