He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Curtis and Alice Curtis; and his siblings, Albert, Delmar, Jerry, Hazel and Gloria.
He is survived by: his family Frank; his wife Barbara; his children, Kevin Curtis (Kristy), Crystal Poty (Mike) and Tracey Roseke (Martin); his grandchildren, Atayah, Paige, Abbey, Alexis, Clint, Levi and Lukas; and his sister Carol Curtis. He is also survived by his extended family and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations will be gratefully accepted by the Crowsnest Pass Women's Resource and Crisis Centre (PO Box 1207, Blairmore, AB T0K 0E0).
