He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kovack and Tessie Kovack; and his daughter Sheila Sartorio. He is survived by: his wife Camilla Kovach; his son-in-law Italo Sartorio of Calgary; and his sibling's children, Ron Kovach, William, Walter, Jefferey, Taras Porochnuk and Jane Kovach. He is also survived by his extended family and many friends.
