Debra Lynn Masson Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Lynn Masson of Bonnyville, Alberta, born in Vancouver, British Columbia, who passed away on February 7, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Daniel Ridgeway; her parents, Steve Anaka and Gloria Anaka; her sister Diane Harris; and her pet Obama.

She is survived by : her sons, Wayne Masson (Wenonah), William "Billie" Masson (Sherry) and Paul Masson; her grandchildren, Travis Wieler, Terence Wieler, Caleb, Aquella, Tristan, Kelsea, Rebecca, Jaden, Daniel and Paige; her great grandchildren, Emma and Paisley; and her brothers, Donald Jr. Harris (Murillia) and Darrell Harris (Leona). She is also survived by many adopted children and grandchildren that she collected along the way; as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

While alive, Debra had expressed to her family that she wanted her body to be donated to science once she passed; this was something that they had to work hard to make happen.
