She was predeceased by: her husband Percy Best; her sons, Ezra Best and Patrick Best; her parents, Ezra Howard and Olive Howard; and her siblings, Brian Howard, Roy Howard, Herbert Howard, Wesley Howard, Ethel Shirley and Faye LaFontaine.
She is survived by: her sons, Terry Best and Jonathon Best (Melanie); and her sister Thelma Howard (Lorna). She is also survived by nephews, extended family.
