He was predeceased by: his parents, George Rollison and Naomi Rollison; his siblings, Donald Rollison and Vivian Sawatzky; and his half-brother Ted Rollison.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Rollison; his children, Trina Blakely (Bert), Jim Rollison (Zen), Laurie Staples (Howard) and Tara Gale (Bing); his grandchildren, Jordan Cook (Wayne), Garett Blakely (Tegan Keenleyside), Tia Fleck (Garrett), Matthew Hunter (Marrisa), Jori Laforce (Theo), Sydnee Reimer (Mike), Ben Gale, Jaxx Gale, Karter Gale, Rylann Gale, Emme Gale and Vivi Gale; and his great grandchildren, Gracie, Joss, Rio, Oscar, Maxx, Fynn, Clarke, Elliotte, Andi and Remi.

In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes in memory of Sydney may be sent to a charity of one's choice.
