She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Tryp and Jean van Tryp; her former husband Rodger Kienzle; and her nephew Sean Claggett. She is survived by: her husband Avon; her sons, Jordan and Adam; her grandsons, Austin, Zack, Parker and Tyson Kienzle; and her siblings, Joanne Adair (Rick), Lisette Simon (Art Laubenstein), Wilma Struys (Gerald), Anna-Marie Bridge (Warren), Jack van Tryp (Joanne), John van Tryp (Natalie) and Paul van Tryp (Nora). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
A prayer was held on Friday, January 9th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the St Michael's Catholic Church (1113 1 St E, Bow Island, AB T0K0G0). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, January 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
