He is survived by: his wife Anne; his children, Charles Vanden Broek, Carolyn MacDonald of Moose Jaw, John Vanden Broek and Jane Andrew of Burnaby; his grandchildren, Jamie, Joel and Jeremy (Ruby); his great grandchildren, Amelia, Eliza and Griffin; his grandchildren, Frank and Robyn Vanden Broek of Cranbrook; his great grandchildren, Cody (Sam), Patt and Kara; his grandchildren, Rob Vanden Broek and Val Connor of Toronto; his great grandchildren, Jack, Luke and Elise; his grandchildren, Pat and Mark MacDonald of High River; his great grandchildren, Kennedy and Connor; his grandchildren, Angela and Doug MacDonald of Calgary; and his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Kristen. He is also survived by one brother and three sisters in Holland and a large extended family.
