It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Wayne Neil Gilbertson of Bow Island, Alberta, who passed away on November 20, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathleen Gilbertson and Clifford Gilbertson; his parents-in-law, Pete and Nellie Drschwiski; his sister-in-law Evelyn; and his niece Candace.

He is survived by: his wife Diane Gilbertson of Bow Island; his sons, Alan Gilbertson (Anna Butz), Chad Gilbertson (Helen) and Dan Gilbertson (Jackie); his grandsons, Justin and Charles; his daughter Vickie Pulsifer (Craig); his grandchildren, Kavan, Colton and Ryann; his daughters, Crystal Gilbertson (Damien Ferbey) and Sarah Gilbertson; his grandchildren, Kiya and Rylie; and his siblings, Clarence Gilbertson, Joan Bateman (Len) and Connie McClure (Jamie). He is also survived by five nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at the PATTISON FUNERAL HOME on Sunday from 2:00 - 4:00 p. m. Masks are mandatory.
