Rodney Lester Barrett Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rodney Lester Barrett (Breton, Alberta), who passed away on May 31, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Barrett and Joyce Barrett; his nephews, Brandt Levers and Ken Barnett; and his mother-in-law Fern Levers.

He is survived by: his wife Heather Barrett; his children, Dallas Barrett (Melanie) and Shayanne Sheaves (Lorne); his grandchildren, Dalyce Sheaves, Dylan Sheaves, Sadie Barrett and Teagan Barrett; and his siblings, Claudette Levers (Jim), Bryan Barrett (Maureen) and Victor Barrett.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Breton Community Centre (4715 50 Ave, Breton, AB T0C0P0).

In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made in Rod's name to the Breton fire Department or The Breton Community Centre.
