Theodore Roosevelt Chapin Obituary

We bid farewell to Theodore Roosevelt Chapin (Breton, Alberta), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 8, 2026 at the age of 87. Theodore touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his wife Doreen Mary Ann Chapin; his parents, Hetty Chapin and Theodore Chapin; and his sisters, Joyce Anthony (Bill) and Pearl Stenseth (Floyd).

He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Chapin, Debbie Murray (Owen) and Dwayne Chapin (Tobi); his grandchildren, Elizabeth McBride (Brian), Catherine Hoekstra, Chanler Chapin (Cassandra), Marlon Chapin (Olivia), Daniel Scheuerman (Roselyn) and Brianna Scheuerman; and his great grandchildren, Cadence McBride, Sebastian McBride and Mallory Scheuerman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
