It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacqueline Mary Hajash in Brooks, Alberta, born in Calgary, Alberta, who passed away on June 1, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Joe Hajash; her parents, Michael Lancos and Veronica (Tatar); and her husband Joseph Hajash. She is survived by : her daughter Priscilla Petersen of Brooks; her grandson Daryl (Jennifer) of Brooks; her great grandchildren, Ashley of Medicine Hat, Aaliyah and Damon; her grandson Bryan (Jan) of Medicine Hat; her great grandchildren, Maia and Sylas; her grandson Colin (Nicole) of Calgary; her great grandchildren, Brinley and Costin; her grandson Aaron (Cassandra) of Brooks; her great grandchildren, Ellie and Acen; her son Joseph Michael Hajash of Brooks; her grandchildren, Ben of Edmonton and Jocelyn (Max Rothschild) of Toronto; her great grandchild Lou; and her children, Dianna Visser of Cheadle, Krystin of Calgary and Nathan of Edmonton.
