She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter (Anna Unger) and Coaldale; her siblings, Marie Dyck (Frank), Helene Mantler (Jim), Anne Tetzlaff (Lyle), Hilda Friesen (Dave), Frieda Nickel (Jake) and Peter Unger (Margaret); and her brother-in-law Werner Epp.

She is survived by: her husband Eric; her children, Bruce (Karen), Patricia, Ken (Lillian) and Mark (Sonja); her grandchildren, Caleigh (Gavin), Emilee (Chris), Bethany (Krishan), Meagan (Connor), Jesse (Kimber), Jordyn, Adrienne (Mitchel), Noah (Angelica) and Amanda; her great grandchildren, Dawson, Everett, Emmett, Fletcher, Indy, Charlie, Remi and Brody; her sisters, Trudy Krahn (Henry) and Louise Epp; her siblings' child Mika Valman; and her friends, Dr Van and Linde.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rosemary Mennonite Church (210 Lupin Ave, Rosemary, AB T0J2W0).
