He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bast and Myrtle Bast (Buschert); his siblings, Delmore William Bast and Mary Terry; his nephew Wendell Bast; and his sister-in-law Judy Bast (Friesen).
He is survived by: his nephew Delmore Bast; and also Cohen Bast.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Thom's Funeral Home and Reception Centre (477 Margaret Ave, Duchess, AB T0J0Z0).
