She was predeceased by: her husband Wesley Trende Headrick. She is survived by: her daughter Janine; her grandchildren, Erin and Kristen; her son Blaine; and her grandchildren, Evan and Bailey. She is also survived by brothers- and sister-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews.
