As we bid Dorothy farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Dorothy is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her husband Valentine "Short" Rinas; her son Allan; and her parents, Robert Banks and Lillian Banks. She is survived by: her children, Wayne, Gary (Shelly) and Margaret (Josh). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church (5008 50 St, Bruderheim, AB T8L2T2). The inurnment will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at the same location.
