With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Renate Vitt (Bruderheim, Alberta), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Renate left this world on February 28, 2026 at the age of 93, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Kurt Vitt; her daughter-in-law Janice; her parents, Otto Haas and Else Haas; and her siblings, Lothar, Ellen and Ernst Otto.

She is survived by: her sister Brigitte; her children, John, Tabea, Wayne Schiewe, Esther and Danilo Vitt-Gonzalez; her stepson Ralph (Carmen Skokanic); her grandchildren, Rachel, Taylor Dotson, Jordan, Samantha Vitt, Ana Maria Gonzalez, Eileen and Anthony Orlando; and her great grandchildren, Aria Vitt, Jules, Marcel Dotson and Lucas Orlando.

In lieu of flowers, donations to any Moravian Church or the Bruderheim Community Church would be greatly appreciated.
