He was predeceased by : his wife Delphine Berard; his children, William, Clarence, Terry, Gary and Margaret; and his granddaughters, Jolene, Jamie and Valene.

He is survived by : his children, Randy Berard (Leona), Kenny Berard (Kelly), Raymond, Leona Berard (Jack), Chris, Clayton and Linda; and his brother Joe Berard. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren: 26 grandchildren.
