It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Adrian John Van Aert (Calgary, Alberta), who passed away on June 8, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Isobel Van Aert of Innisfail; his children, Kevin Van Aert, Darcy Van Aert (Carol) and Marla Shoemaker (Trevor); his grandchildren, Tessa Van Aert, Tanner Van Aert (Laura Kaye), Bryce Van Aert, Cameron Van Aert, Keanna Rapin, Chloë Rapin and Jakob Shoemaker; his great grandchildren, Maclin Van Aert, Ryker Van Aert, Harper Van Aert and Zeppelin Van Aert; and his siblings, Ted, Jerry, John, Cathy, Audrey, Francisca, Annie, Corry, Bert and Joanne.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mountain View Funeral Home (Prairie View Chapel) (1605 100 St SE, Calgary, AB T2P2G7). A reception will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Mountain View Funeral Home (Prairie View Lounge) (1605 100 St SE, Calgary, AB T2P2G7).
