We are sad to announce that on September 20, 2020, at the age of 54, Adrian Sakundiak (Calgary, Alberta), born in Springside, Saskatchewan passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Adrian Sakundiak to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Susan Sakundiak and Ben Sakundiak. He is survived by: his wife Connie; his daughters, Taylor (Dave) and Morgan (Troy); and his siblings, Anna-Marie (Gordon), Andy (Judy) and Angela (Dan).

Due to the coronavirus regulations, a private prayer service and funeral will be held at St. Stephen Protomartyr Ukrainian Catholic Church in Calgary.
