He was predeceased by: his wife Doreen Kinley; his parents, Verl Kinley and Bernice Kinley of Kelwood, MB; and his siblings, Louella, Wilmer, Eldon and Harvey.

He is survived by: his children, Catherine Arsenault (Wayne) of Okotoks, AB, Rodney Kinley (Colleen) of Airdrie, AB and Ronald Kinley (Carol) of Calgary, AB.; his grandchildren, Jamie, Brad (Justine), Jodi (David), Cassidy (Victoria), Sara (Brandon) and Dylan; his great grandchildren, Makaila, Isaac (Kenzie), Kade, Eileigh, Nora, Alexander, Cohen, Kace, Caden and Qira; his great great grandchild Jackson; and his siblings, Joy, Vernon and Verna.
