He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Milton Cowie and Jean Cowie; his siblings, Wade (Nicole), Julieann (Bruce) and Lee (Linda); his wife Penny; his children, Joe (Carol), Sylvia (Marcus), Vivian (Graham) and Lewis (Alison); his grandchildren, Jenna, Amber, James, Jaden, Kate, Anya, Ronan, Sasha, Lewis, Nadia, Eli and Zoey; and his family Brent.
