He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander and Evelyn; and his siblings, Margret, Jim and Doug.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Stratton; his children, Jeanette Turcotte of Linden, AB, Judy Stratton (Scott) of Calgary, AB, Jackie Husack (Doug) of Airdrie, AB and Jason Stratton (Donna) of Okotoks, AB; and his siblings, Gordon Stratton and Shirley Laduke. He is also survived by his six grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Mountain View Funeral Home (Prairie View Chapel) (1605 100 St SE, Calgary, AB T2P2G7). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Mountain View Cemetery (1605 100 St SE, Calgary, AB T2P2G7). A reception will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the Mountain View Funeral Home (Prairie View Lounge) (1605 100 St SE, Calgary, AB T2P2G7).
