He was predeceased by: his parents, Ricardo Cruz and Carmen Cruz; his brother Rodrigo Cruz (Rudy); and his daughter Sheree Evangelista. He is survived by: his wife Eden; his daughters, Alyssa Ness (David) and Ayzer Makasiar (Jerome); and his grandchildren, Adriana, Analia, Cruz and Viana.
