He was predeceased by: his daughter Tara Rae; and his parents, Ann Podesky and Roman Podesky. He is survived by: his wife Val; his sons, Mark (Jeanette) and Brent (Chantelle); his grandchildren, Simon, Emily and Ava; and his siblings, Joan, Norm (Chris), Teresa, Patricia (Keith), Gordon (Dalyce), Larry (Terri) and Tom. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
