She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Kim (Cuong), Lani (Ken), Julie, Darren (Kathy), Simon (Jessica), Tracy (Kent) and Lee (Paul); her grandchildren, Paul, Susan (Dustin), Jennifer, Kevin, Eric, Anthony (Joanne), Patrick, Matthew, Kaitlyn, Christopher, Jerika, Beverly, Victoria, Alexandria and Lucas; her great grandchildren, Oliver, Dominic and Charlotte; and her husband Milo Sau Chung Chuong. She was also cherished by five daughters and two sons.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Amy's memory to Wing Kei Care Centres.
