He is survived by: his wife Kelly Smith of Medicine Hat; his children, Ethan and Eden-Monais Smith; his parents, John (Margaret Smith) and Amanda; his nieces, Rebecca and Jennifer; and his brother-in-law Chris Horner. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
