Angjela Habek Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 28, 2021, at the age of 92, Angjela Habek (Calgary, Alberta) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Marija and Đuro; her siblings, Teresa, Franjo, Ivan, Drago and Vlatko; her children, Đurđica Pikal (Zlatko), Katarina Golec and Marija Modrič; her grandchildren, Silvia Pikal (Derek), Đuro Golec (Zvjezdana), Karolina Kurtek (Darko), Anica Horvat (Damir) and Franjo Modric (Anita); her brother Valentin Ledinko; her husband Karlo; and her son-in-law Zlatko. She was also cherished by eight great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild.

A devoted Catholic, she prayed and attended virtual mass throughout the pandemic.
