He was predeceased by: his parents, Will Fagan and Gladys Fagan (Chafe); and his brothers, Gerry (Gertie), Don, Bill (Trudy), Bas (Linda), Pat (Sandra) and Kevin.

He is survived by: his child Just; his siblings, Jane (Ed), Maureen, Ray (Goldie), Mary (George) and Terry; his wife Monique Foofat (Foo Lan Seong); his children, Kim (Keith), Cory (Seabird) and Joan (Graham); and his grandchildren, Breanna (Harry), Catherine (Tim), Emily (Scott), Jack (Breanna) and Jillian (Aaron).
