It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anna C. Mitchell (Calgary, Alberta), who passed away on February 11, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Shutter and Polly Shutter; her brothers, Morris Shutter and Walter Shutter; her nephews, Curtis Shutter, Christopher Shutter and Terry Kwasnica; and her husband Frank.

She is survived by: her sisters, Elsie Medynski and Grace Dunphy (Larry); her sister-in-law Vivian Shutter; her nieces and nephews, Ken Medynski, Larry Medynski (Jean), Cal Dunphy, Walt Shutter (Joanne), Wade Shutter (Sherry), Danny Rosenthal, Julie Dunphy (Terry) and Helen Loring; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Trent Medynski (Sharalee), Derek Medynski (Heather), Mason Medynski, Seth Shutter, Bodie Medynski, Morgan Young, Sydney Young, Paige Shutter, Camille Shutter, Cortney Shutter, Susie Kwasnica and Jaden Medynski; her uncle George Bunka; and her former husband Jim Mitchell.
