With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Anne Higgins of Calgary, Alberta, born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Anne left this world on October 15, 2025 at the age of 53, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Margaret Higgins of Halifax, NS; her grandparents, Gerald, Helen Smeltzer of Kentville, NS, Frank and Winifred Higgins of Lower Sackville, NS; and her stepgrandmother Gemma Higgins of Lower Sackville, NS.
She is survived by: her father Terrance Higgins (Terry); her sisters, Beth Higgins of St. John's, NL and Amy; her brother-in-law Peter; her siblings' children, William and Nina Bienkowski of Ottawa, ON; and her family Banff. She is also survived by many uncles and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Ja Snow Funeral Home (339 Lacewood Dr, Halifax, NS B3S0E1).
