She was predeceased by: her husband Len Motiuk; her parents, Luka Mulyk and Helen Mulyk; and her siblings, Mary Kirby (Mike) and John Mulyk (Gloria).

She is survived by: her sister Kae Gordica (Bill). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
