It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anthony Lawrence of Calgary, Alberta, who passed away on July 19, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lawrence and Nora Lawrence. He is survived by: his wife Maria-Yvonne (Yvonne); his sons, Wayne (Seema) and Gary (Kiran); his grandchildren, Asha of Calgary, Alberta., Deo of Calgary, Alberta., Ijay of Calgary, Alberta. and Zayd of Calgary, Alberta.; and his sister Anne (Simon). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.

Each year in the mid to late 80's and early 90's, Tony dressed up as an elf and helped his good friend and the founder of the charity (Bob Johnston), who dressed as Santa, and delivered presents to families in need on Christmas Eve.
