It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arne Berg (Calgary, Alberta), who passed away on February 26, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Arne Berg to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ingeborg Sundsvalen of Sundsvalen and Jakob Berg of Lardal; and his siblings, Margit, Hans and Johannes.
He is survived by: his sister Bjørg; his wife Paula (Gwendolyn); his children, Beverly (Irwin), Shawn and Lynne (Beda); his grandchildren, Weldon (Tusca), Christon (Jinel), Connor and Caden; his great grandchildren, Cameron, Zahra, Eden, Emma and Elyse; and his pets, Kipp2 and Benn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
A prayer was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Eden Brook Funeral Home (24223 Township Rd 242, Calgary, AB T3Z3K2). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Michael's Catholic Community (800 85 St SW, Calgary, AB T3H4C7).
