He was predeceased by: his daughter Susan Elaine. He is survived by: his daughters, Carol (Grant), Teresa (Dave), Sara (Jason) and Wendy (Ryan); and his grandchildren, Rachel, Charlotte, Harrison, Sophie, Finn, Andy, Jasper, Annabelle, Georgia and Maggie.
