He is survived by: his wife Gurdev Kaur Parmar; his close friends, Kamaljit Kaur Minhas (Surinder Singh Minhas), Amarjit Singh Parmar (Sukhraj Kaur Parmar), Simer Peace Bhatti (Maninder Singh Bhatti) and Harpal Singh Parmar (Kirsten Lee Parmar); and also Karamjit Singh Parmar. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren.
