Awana Bitar Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Awana Bitar of Calgary, Alberta, who passed away on February 5, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hanna Bitar and Masara Bitar (late Mary-Rein Lakah); his wife Marie-Rein; his children, Sanaa, Jihad and Nawar; and his grandchildren, Hagop, Sienna, Owen, Thea and Iyla. He was also cherished by his family, friends.
