She was predeceased by: her parents, S. Isher Singh and Balwant Kaur Phull. She is survived by: her husband Jagjit Singh Matharu; her children, Jagbir (Parminder), Baljit (Sonia), Lily (Jarnail) and Laddie (Hardeep); her grandchildren, Shelly (Gursharan), Liza (Simran), Harry, Jared, Jasleen, Kanu, Aleena and Veer; her siblings, Jagmohan, Baggo and Ruby; and her sister-in-law Surinder. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
