He is survived by: his wife Holly; his daughter Jody Chaffin; his granddaughter Lauren Seward (David); his siblings, June Smith and Les Gillam (Bev); his sister-in-law Marie Dumas; and his fathers, Mark Bayrock and Greg Faryna. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
