He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Polowick and Doris Polowick; his sister Denise McCrank; his sister-in-law Mary Jane Gentes; his nephew Mark Gentes; and his niece Rachelle Adams.
He is survived by: his sister Patti Polowick; and his brothers-in-law, Al Ireland, Bob McCrank and Norman Gentes. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
