He was predeceased by: his father Alvon; his daughter Caitlyn; and his pet Jack. He is survived by: his wife Terri; his children, Shane and Kaylee; his granddaughter Rome; his mother Helen Scott; his siblings, Sharon Silsbe (Lynn), Bryan Warnock (Moira), Rick Kortt (Cathy), Dave Kortt (Michelle), Barb Adams (Shawn) and Marianne Friesen (Vic); Anna and Walter Kortt.
