It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ben Richard Scaman (Calgary, Alberta), born in Claresholm, Alberta, who passed away on March 2, 2021, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his significant other Audrey Amundsen; his children, Don Scaman (Michelle Andreychuk) and Cheryl Hayduk (Mike); and his grandchildren, Tanya Melanson (Joel), Sharma Biggs (Scott), Reid Scaman (Amanda), Vanessa Chapman (Josh), Aven Strohschein, Connor Hayduk (Sarah) and Ellyse Lambie (Allan). He is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren, and many extended family.
