It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bjorn Wilhelm Appelt of Calgary, Alberta, who passed away on July 1, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Bjorn Wilhelm may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Bjorn Wilhelm touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Jorgen Wilhelm Appelt; his children, Angela Weber (Sean) and Jason Buhasz (Grace Maker-Buhasz); and his grandchildren, Fife of Calgary, AB., Eavan of Calgary, AB. and Hannah of Calgary, AB..
