He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurie Demont and Janice Demont (Killam) of Harewood; his grandparents, Curtis, Leona Demont, Eldon and Doris Killam; and his uncle Bernard Demont.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tracy (Nick) and Sarah; his granddaughters, Sofea of Moncton and Novah of Moncton; his siblings, Mark of Harewood and Bethany Wheaton (Stephen) of Upper Canard, NS; and the mother of his children Heather. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and a niece.
