He is survived by: his wife Lori; his children, Jessica and Jeremy; his grandchildren, Abigail, Elijah and Matthew; his siblings, Gwen (Rick), Doug (Kathy) and Harold (Monica); and his siblings-in-law, Tracy (Dan) and Barry (Cheryl).
