He is survived by: his wife Tricia Upper; his children, Bailey (Sam) and Tyson Upper; his father Walter Upper; his sister Carrie McCleary (Robin); his nephews, Josh (Katherine) and Aidan Upper-McCleary (Ali); his sister-in-law Tennille Cooper (Colin); his nephews, Miles and Owen; and also, Gordon and Marie Tkachuk.
