It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Valerie Lazaruk (Calgary, Alberta), who passed away on August 5, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Mathews and George Mathews; and her sisters, Cheryl and Claudia. She is survived by: her husband Lawrence Lazaruk; and her children, David Lazaruk (Terri), Timothy Lazaruk (Grace), Kevin Lazaruk (Mahsa) and Wendy Paramchuk (Trevor).
