She was predeceased by: her parents, Olga Ewaschuk (Alice) and Raymond Smith. She is survived by: her husband Douglas Milloy of Calgary, AB; her daughter Sarah Milloy; her son-in-law David Head; her grandson Rhohan Milloy; her siblings, Christopher Smith and Judith Montesano (late Jimmy Montesano); and her brother-in-law William Milloy (Diane Kelly). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Additional memorial trees will be planted through Canadian conservation and reforestation initiatives, as a result of memorial contributions.
